I’ve always been a fan of the big cats – lions, tigers, panthers, jaguars, cougars, leopards – and today I’d like to share with you some photos of one of my favorites, the Clouded Leopard (latin name: Neofelis nebulosa).
They are native from Southeast Asia, with total numbers estimated to be less than 10,000, with no single population bigger than 1,000. Since 2008 they’ve been considered a ‘vulnerable’ species by the IUCN.
