A Victorian judge has granted an interim order prohibiting striking workers from blocking delivery trucks at a Coles warehouse in Melbourne’s north.
Victorian Supreme Court Justice Anne Ferguson made the order on Monday after lawyers for the National Union of Workers (NUW) failed to appear in court.
She ordered that trucks must not be prevented from entering or leaving the warehouse.
The order is effective until 4.30pm (AEST) on Wednesday.
