An ISIS fighter is seen rambling about Saudi Arabia before the clip cuts to an outdoor scene where a prisoner is face-to-face with a rifle.
The horrific footage shows the victim in a blue zip-suit being executed at point-blank range for allegedly being a collaborator with the Saudi government.
Over images of galloping horses, brutal killings and gunfights, ISIS militants repeatedly call for Saudi Arabia to come and fight them in Syria.
Saudi Arabia recently announced the formation of a coalition of 34 largely Muslim nations to fight terror groups like ISIS.
“This announcement comes from the Islamic world’s vigilance in fighting this disease so it can be a partner, as a group of countries, in the fight against this disease,” Saudi Deputy Crown Prince and Defense Minister Mohammed bin Salman said.
