‘Israel’ to replace 5 Arab villages with Jewish towns

Days of Palestine, Jerusalem –Israeli government approved on Sunday plan to establish five Jewish towns, replacing five Arab village in Al-Naqab.

Israeli Housing Minister Yoav Galant praised the Israeli cabinet’s approval of his plan to establish the towns in Al-Naqab Desert, south of occupied Palestine (Israel).

The Israeli government has escalated demolishing Palestinian homes in Al-Naqab Desert, where Palestinian Bedouins used to live since before the Israeli occupation.

Israeli authorities have been carrying out forced evacuations against Palestinian Bedouins since 1949.

The demolition of Bedouin homes is part of Israeli massive land grab plan, which will forcefully displace thousands of people.

Human rights groups say this measure would lead to ethnic cleansing of Palestinians living in a land they inherited it ownership from their grandfathers.
