TAMPA – Whether it’s the Republicans or the Democrats, conventions are almost always a flashpoint for police and protestors. At the Republican National Convention in Minneapolis in 2008, some 800 protestors, reporters and bystanders were arrested.
Our local law enforcement is hoping for much less conflict when the GOP comes to Tampa next summer. Toward that end, Tampa police will be employing a ring of surveillance cameras to be installed around downtown and the convention center.
“There are going to be a lot of people in downtown and we don’t have enough police officers to keep eyes everywhere, so we think the cameras will assist us in keeping people safe by giving us more eyes to view what’s going on,” said assistant Tampa Police Chief, Mark Hamlin.

The thing to do here would be for someone with time to spare to hang out and watch for city employees putting up cameras. Look to see what one looks like and then make a map of them.
Another thing to do would be wear face paint when protesting. Putting weird stripes and blotches on your face foils face recognition software. Yes, you’d look like the Insane Clown Posse but you wouldn’t get fingered either.
If putting on face makeup is not viable, you could wear a mask. You could do like they did in Yemen and make a mask out of bread. Their bread was pita protest signs that said “Leave” in Arabic on them. So wear a pita bread mask and eat the evidence later. Perfect.
If throwing rocks at cops accomplished anything, we’d already be living in bliss.
Find out where the globalists eat, drink and play and bring them some discomfort there.
Nothing will Change until The Rich feel The Pain.
I love the euphemism- “keeping the people safe”. Of course, by people, they mean the rich delegates that represent corporate America.
yeah, you’re right: the people = the wealthy. If they’re on the east side, you can bet the farm, they won’t be looking on the west side ! Money talks, and it can sing and it can walk too !
