Protesters converging around the Occupy Wall Street voters are allowing users to vote on official demands at Coup Media, and a call to re-investigate 9/11 has been included among those issues. At the time of writing, the measure is favored by almost 2/3, with 1371 of 2090 votes affirming the demand (and counting).

Other noteworthy proposed demands include measures to Repeal the PATRIOT Act, Force Acquisition of the Federal Reserve, Ending the War on Drugs, Ending Corporate Personhood and more. Whether or not such demands will be given attention as the demonstrations continue is another matter, but at least several of these topics are focused on the right issues.

This type of outcomes an “official demands” list is precisely the proof of how much manipulated people are… that they are angry and surely unknowingly their demands will ruin them even more. This is not going to end with anything other than a silent death. This OWS “movement” is much too fractured to be effective. The size of the wish list to vote on is crazy. These people are not focused and do not have a unified message. I keep waiting to see the tin foil hats in the crowd. I can hear the laughter from DC all the way out here in the midwest. This will not go well and will serve to discourage real protests.

All of the leftist “demands” are a done deal! That is the plan in the end. And all of the other demands are only included to give the appearance that O.W.S. is a broad spectrum protest that has the intrest of every ones concerns.

I am sure they will end the war on drugs and allow the people to have the Liberty to use them or not, and put hundreds of thousands of drug related employees out of work (D.E.A C.I.A. F.B.I. State and local Police, lawyers, judges, prison guards) and your local drug dealer who helps to maintain a high crime rate that feeds the lawyers and police etc.

Voted for most of them – however there are a few misguided socialist ideas in the demands though – raise the taxes on the ‘rich’ and also healthcare for all as a right. These wrong-headed ideas are ridiculous.
However – MANY of the issues on the website are legitimate and dead on. Go vote in the poll and post on the forum.
Also – I didn’t see the 9/11 issue earlier – it must be a recent addition.

Any human being who is sick or injured has a right to expect medical assistance regardless of thier ability to pay and every human being has an obligation to humanity to offer any and all such assistance as he is able wihout expecting compensation for rendering such assistance. The society as whole has an obligation to support both the person in need and the caregiver. self evident truth. Tax rates are determined by an appropiate democratic process and if 99% believe that any tax rates should be raised, or lowered, it is not misguided but altogether proper that it be done.

When ever you make these theotic kind of proclamations as to what is misguided or otherwise judged to be, i think it would be more appropiate if you indicate that it is your personal view that you are expressing and not God’s. Just sayin.

Unbiased, complete, thorough and honest in it’s search for truth. It must be that. It wasn’t, so it needs to be exactly that out of respect to the dead and their loving family and our sanity in this country. Afterwards, and we know what the results should basically look like this time around, postive and swift action to prosecute the guilty. What a major change there would be in this country. A few times I have tried to link the proof that ending the FED has always been on the list of demands. Contrary to what this site wants people to believe. Funny that I can post something that doesn’t pertain to this, and it doesn’t have that tag that says “Your comment is awaiting moderation”. When I post truth, though, this site wants to moderate it before letting anyone see it. I noticed yesterday that this same exact post was never allowed to be seen by this sites readers, but other posts I made were. This is disgraceful. I am of the same opinion that ending the fed is one of the most important moves we can make. I have been telling people this for years. But to take complete credit for an idea that was part of OWS list of demands and shutting out proof of this fact on this site is complete bigotry. The demand HAS always been there. It will continue to be there. It is not infowars’ original idea. To claim so is false.

The investors loaned the United States Government $1 billion. And the backout clause allows the United States to buy out the system for that $1 billion. If the Federal Reserve Bank were demolished and the Congress of the United States took control of the currency, as required in the Constitution, the National Debt would virtually end overnight, and the need for more taxes and even the income tax, itself.
