A US rail transit provider has disabled cell phone services in order to confound a demonstration over the shooting of a man by police.

On Thursday, the Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) system had given orders to cell phone providers to cut services to travelers on four downtown subway platforms in San Francisco, California, AFP reported.

Civil rights groups say the transit provider’s action was not legal, and that it was against the US Constitution’s First Amendment right which accords free speech to its citizens.

Demonstrators had planned a second protest for Thursday to lambast the shooting death of Charles Hill, killed on July 3 by BART police officers.

Hill was fatally shot after he attacked police with a knife.

The first demonstration, held eight days after the killing, had led to the shutdown of three San Francisco BART stations.

BART’s shutting down of telecommunications is reflective of the British government’s recent moves to find ways to stop communications among individuals wreaking havoc in the UK.

I just left a pleasant (NOT) voicemail for these guys at BART – WHO KILL UNARMED PEOPLE! Then, they think that they MIGHT be protested against, so they go ahead and preemptively CUT cell service throughout their areas – and I’ve got this silly feeling inside me that they had help in even cutting service that is adjacent to their’s. PLEASE – CALL THEM – 5 1 0 then 4 6 4 then 7 1 3 4 it’s a comment voicemail line is open 24/7! STAND UP BE HEARD!!! †
Those who own networks can do anything they like on them.

Did they do this to the firefighters during the events of 9/11?

Pay attention to all they are actually capable of, such as weather control and fracking the earth’s mantle with HAARP to get at oil and gas deposits.

Just the fact that it CAN be done really bothers me.
- There is way too much they CAN do, that most people would find hard to believe.
- All Onstar and similar devices such as cell phones are “listening devices” they can selectively activate and deactivate whenever they want.
  
  Once you understand this, take all you do know and rearange all the pulleys, gears, levers and wheels and think of all the new and improved, better mouse traps they can build.
  
  I always wondered why so many jumped from the towers on 9/11 and I had a terrible thought, that they suffered from some intense sensation that their skin was burning, or their ear drums hurt really bad, or both and so they were driven to jump. That thought has huanted me ever since the day it happened.
  
  Sometimes you have to be able to think horrific thoughts in order to be able to see what’s actually doable, when the technology is in the hands of unconsionalbes. When this becomes the case, “unconscionable” is actuallly stealth, only because it is unthinkable.
  
  If you put together all of the “unthinkables” most anything is doable, including the take down of America using our very own institutions strategically and covertly to do all the dirty work.
  
  This is not far fetched by any means and when you look at what’s happening to our economy, it’s as if the agenda was and continues to follow a “highly predictable path” but only if one is willing to think the “unthinkable,” that is, the bastards really did this to us by design.
  
  If you will bother to read the short pamphlet written by Karl Marx, referred to the Communist Manifesto, there you will see psychology applied to the masses in an intensive and progressive stealth form, mass brainwashing, the principles of which totally eludes detection by the western mind.
  
  It is unconsionable that our leaders have invited this agenda beast into everything from public education and child rearing, to legislation and so the roots and creeping vine has stealthily infiltrated and hijacked all of our institutions by design.
  
  IMO, this is where we are, there is little doubt in my mind, as our patriots scream patriotism and democracy and then demand from the Marxist wish list.
  
  I know I am jumping around here, but just envison the cotton gin turned upside down and sideways, with some chips and gizmos added. Just use your immagination.
What if there was an emergency and nobody could call 911 and someone was killed???
Oh yea- BART has never cared about human life in the past, why should they now?

I read an article and it appears that BART broke federal law (FCC).
Of course this country is run by lawless gangsters which cherry picks the laws as it goes.
