Tehran, May 27, IRNA – Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif will travel to Sweden on June 1 to the accompaniment of an economic delegation.
Sweden Ambassador to Iran wrote on his Twitter page that Zarif will depart for the country on June 1.
This is while Foreign Ministry spokesman Hossein Jaberi Ansari announced in news meeting on Monday that Zarif will visit Poland, Sweden, Latvia and Finland.
According to him, during his visits, Zarif is to conduct a series of diplomatic talks to promote cooperation with these countries.
Zarif’s trip to Sweden follows visits by represntatives of Swedish companies, banks and investors to Tehran.
