As you can see by the photo, the packaging is old and re labelled.
Also this item was listed to have had an upgrade in memory which explains the package opened.
Unfortunately the real reason for it opened is because this laptop that was sold to me was refurbished, not brand new.
Digilife online ebay scams
I learnt my lesson to never buy anything that has been opened up to be upgraded.
Some keys on this item did not work. this was never a new product, it was returned by original owner, and this seller sold it as new. His whole business is about reselling returned products from computer departments as new. .. and hiding it by selling the item as upgraded. Ebay make their money from scams like this .
