Israeli undercover forces kidnap 5 patients from hospital

Israeli undercover forces kidnapped on Friday five Palestinian patients from Al-Khalil Hospital in occupied West Bank.

Palestinian local sources in the West Bank city of Al-Khalil said that the Israeli occupation forces opened fire at Palestinians took to the streets in solidarity with hunger strikers.

The sources reported that at least ten Palestinian youths were wounded and admitted to Al-Khalil Hospital, which should have been guarded by Palestinian Authority officers.

According to the sources, the Israeli undercover forces, who hid among Palestinian protesters, raided the hospital after a number and traced the wounded Palestinian youths.

In a statement, the Palestinian ministry of health said that the Israeli occupation forces fired sound bullets and gas canisters when the undercover forces raided to hospital.

“The undercover forces kidnaped five of the wounded Palestinians from their beds inside the hospitals,” a doctor in the hospital told Days of Palestine. “Two of the wounded were still in the operation room,” he added.

The Palestinian ministry of health said that none of the medical staff were wounded during the raid, but noted that the five kidnapped youths were led to an unknown place.
