MERCERS CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA VS SHIN BET’S APCO IN 2019?

What do Jewish Billionaire Robert Mercer Congress ,Party President Rahul Gandhi ,US President Donald Trump and creepy US Senator Ted Cruz  have in common??

Cambridge is owned by Jewish billionaire and Trump supporter Robert Mercer

Mercer made his billions as a partner in the Hedge Fund Renaissance Capital jointly owned with his fellow Jew James Simon

One of the Renaissance funds violated SEC rules and was prosecuted Is There More Than Meets The Eye At RenTec?

One of Renaissance’s employees a PHD named Volfbeyn had  had in a lawsuit alleged that that while employed by Renaissance, his  superiors repeatedly asked him to assist Renaissance in conducting  securities transaction that Dr. Volfbeyn believed to be illegal. Source

Renaissance also had close ties with Madoff and Madoff a number of senior RenTech partners (Paul Broder, Chief Risk Officer, Henry Laufer, Chief Scientist, Nathanie, Nat Simons (son of Jim) and portfolio manager of Heritage Fund a sister fund of RenTech), were interviewed in the OIG report into the failure of the SEC to uncover the Madoff ponzie scheme here. What is particularly interesting  is the extent of RenTech’s trading with Madoff was not pursued by the SEC Source

Mercer funded Cambridge Analytica was was created in 2013 as an offshoot of its British parent company SCL Group to participate in American politics.Cambridge Analytica combines data mining and data analysis with strategic communication for the electoral process. The firm maintains offices in New York City, Washington, D.C., and London.

It uses a concept called Psychometrics

Psychometrics, sometimes also called psychographics, focuses on measuring psychological traits, such as personality. In the 1980s, two teams of psychologists developed a model that sought to assess human beings based on five personality traits, known as the “Big Five.” These are: openness (how open you are to new experiences?), conscientiousness (how much of a perfectionist are you?), extroversion (how sociable are you?), agreeableness (how considerate and cooperative you are?) and neuroticism (are you easily upset?). But for a long time, the problem with this approach was data collection, because it involved filling out a complicated, highly personal questionnaire. Then came the Internet. And Facebook. And Kosinski.

Michal Kosinski a Polish student was in 2008 accepted by Cambridge University to do his PhD at the Psychometrics Centre, one of the oldest institutions of this kind worldwide. Kosinski joined fellow student David Stillwell (now a lecturer at Judge Business School at the University of Cambridge) about a year after Stillwell had launched a little Facebook application in the days when the platform had not yet become the behemoth it is today. Their MyPersonality app enabled users to fill out different psychometric questionnaires. Based on the evaluation, users received a “personality profile”—individual Big Five values—and could opt-in to share their Facebook profile data with the researchers.

Kosinski had expected a few dozen college friends to fill in the questionnaire, but before long, hundreds, thousands, then  millions of people  had revealed their innermost convictions. Suddenly, the two doctoral candidates owned the  largest dataset combining psychometric scores with Facebook profiles ever to be collected.

WIKEPEDIA SAYS IT COMBINES DATA MINING DATA ANALYSIS WITH STRATEGIC COMMUNICATION FOR THE ELECTORAL PROCESS

IN OTHER WORDS CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA “ANALYSES” WHAT THE VOTERS WANT AND THEN “SHAPES AND MARKETS” THE CANDIDATE LIKE A BISCUIT OR CAR

In June 2016, the Trump campaign hired Cambridge Analytica to take over its data operations.Jared Kushner, who was charged with overseeing Trump’s digital operations, is the reason Cambridge Analytica joined the Trump campaign.Trump’s campaign manager, Steve Bannon, who is also a former vice president of Cambridge Analytica.

Trump’s campaign “was using 40-50,000 variants of ads every day that were continuously measuring responses and then adapting and evolving based on that response.”The benefit of this kind of data is that it allows data companies like Cambridge Analytica to develop more sophisticated psychological profiles of internet users (more data points means more predictive power).Cambridge Analytica was also able to use this real-time information to determine which messages were resonating where and then shape Trump’s travel schedule around it. So, if there was a spike in clicks on an article about immigration in a county in Pennsylvania or Wisconsin, Trump would go there and give an immigration-focused speech.Vox

The Congress party has already started preparing for the 2019 Lok Sabha polls. And, it seems to be planning to make use of big data this time, suggest reports. The Opposition party is said to be in talks with big data firm Cambridge Analytica, which earlier helped United States President Donald Trump win elections through a targeted communication campaign. Cambridge Analytica has suggested the momentum for the polls should be built with Assembly elections in Karnataka, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh. Interestingly, Cambridge Analytica  generally backs rightwing movements and parties. Business Standard

As part of an aggressive new voter-targeting operation, Cambridge Analytica – financially supported by reclusive hedge fund magnate and leading Republican donor Robert Mercer – is now using so-called “psychographic profiles” of US citizens in order to help win Cruz votes, despite earlier concerns and red flags from potential survey-takers. If the Congress goes with Mercer owned Cambridge Analytica and Modi continues with (Israels internal spy agency ) Shin Bet front APCO  both the major Indian parties will have handed over their electoral strategies to Jewish firms

Besides the fees what else will they   hand over in return?
