FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda “Obama’s reaffirmation of commitment to the Zionist regime [of Israel] humiliated the American nation,” Jazayeri said on Saturday.
“Our commitment to Israel’s security must not waver,” Obama said after accepting the presidential nomination of the US Democratic Party on September 7.
Jazayeri stated that the US presidential candidates try to win elections at any cost, adding that Obama’s remarks were humiliating for a nation that advocates freedom and independence.
“Oppression, [committing] crimes, trampling all humane principles, ignoring international regulations on respecting human rights and dignity and the independence of nations, and more importantly total subservience to Zionists are criteria that the US presidents must possess in order to win their way into the White House,” the Iranian commander added.
Describing presidential elections in the US as sham and controlled by Israel, Jazayeri said presidential campaigns were engineered and executed by Israeli lobbies in order to deceive the public.
The American president is elected by an Electoral College system rather than the popular vote, which means that whichever candidate carries the popular vote in any US state, even by the smallest margin, would be granted the entire Electoral College votes assigned to that state.
The candidate that receives the most Electoral College votes would be declared the president.
