The camera man comments:
While filming a police at Occupy Oakland after midnight on Nov. 3 following the Nov. 2 general strike, an officer opens fire and shoots me with a rubber bullet. I was standing well back. There was no violence or confrontations of any kind underway. At 0:31 seconds you can see a tall officer in the front raise his weapon and then fire. This is the full clip of the incident.

Once again the pigs PROVE that they follow no laws.
They will come out once again and say something like “he was making violent comments” or “he was incitng a riot” or some similar lame answer.
Just like the pigs in NYC that came out of nowhere, maced a bunch women, then ran away, these pigs have the same training even if they are 2000 miles apart.
They will get their com-uppance when the riots turn violent.
Pigs are more afraid of a man with a Camera than a Man with waepon.
Just like J Assange, the Government is more afraid of Man with Pen than a Terrorist with a Bomb.
If this guy knows which cops it is, he should go find his personal car and house and burn Tito the ground. This will give a stern warning to the pigs to back off. I would. I am that kind of guy.

Not with that many cops together. Get this one off duty with no back up if that is your plan.
Cameraman, If you are not going to do anything about it, I don’t want to hear any whining… Either take your footage to the District Attny office and file charges, Shoot back at the Co__ Sucker, Burn their house down… Find one of their children at a bus stop and take it out on him/her… Just do something…. Because, those cops are sitting back at the station laughing their asses off at you screaming like a little girl….

This guy needs to go after his property and burn it down. No need to threaten kids. The kids do not know what is going on. I do not think the DA will do anything. I do not live anywhere near the California shit hole so I cannot help this guy.
