China’s state news agency accused the United States Thursday of “exaggerating” the threat posed by its military, after a report said the Asian nation was expanding its maritime power.

The US defence department said in its annual report to Congress that China was increasingly focused on naval power and had invested in hi-tech weaponry that would extend its reach in the Pacific and beyond.

Xinhua said many people in China found it “weird” that the United States, which spends far more on its military than any other country in the world, should highlight Chinese expenditure.

Clinton was never exposed fully for his connection to the Chinese. His campaigns since his governorship in Arkansas always had those connections and it continued through Ron Brown Commerce Secretary under Clinton. Brown was told to change policy at Commerce to allow transfer of technology which had been banned because of it’s military implications. No one knows the extent of the technology transfer, but our Admirals were shocked when a Chinese advanced submarine popped up literally next to our ships without warning. The Captain said: “Where the Hell did THAT come from?”

Also, prior to the transfer of technology, the Chinese had problems getting missles off the ground let alone be accurate. That all changed after policy at Commerce was changed. Brown, who was on the verge of being investigated with possible indictment for some finanacial misdealings started to freak out and told Clinton that he would not take the fall alone if investigated since it would likely come out about the transfers in any investigation of him.
As we all know, Brown was sent overseas and died under mysterious circumstances.

They have their military prowess due to treason in my opinion. But, of course, we don’t prosecute that anymore, it’s just considered a way to make some serious money or obtain other favors.
Most Chinese tech and power in general comes from the US oligarchy.

Just like WallStreet literally built Nazi Germany and Soviet Russia, they’re now building the China threat, so the military industrial complex can have a pretext for keeping its huge budget and lucrative defense contracts.

It’s quite hilarious when the U.S. describes the chinese as dramatically increasing their maritime power…they’re only JUST finishing converting an old soviet aircraft carrier into their first EVER aircraft carrier. Last time I checked the US has 11!! That’s the same as the rest of the world COMBINED! And the US has ordered even more! Not only that but the combined tonnage of all US ships is more than the next 13 navies combined! In short, the US defence department can go do one! Unless of course they’re afraid that the quality of the men on board all those ships isn’t good enough to beat 1 tiddly little navy like China’s…
China doesn’t need a giant military for overseas expeditions.

If it wants to finish off the united States, all China needs to do is put the dollar out of its misery once and for all.

This will cost China a couple of trillion dollars. A sizable chunk, for sure. But this only works out to about $2,000 per Chinaman. Not a lot of money in the larger scheme of things.

Forcing the collapse of the united States government and taking a two-trillion dollar hit is a damn sight cheaper – and safer – than occupying three hundred million people thousands of miles away from home.

Well, there is no doubt that China and Communism is a threat to the U.S. and the rest of the free world. And while it is true that the U.S spends more on defense than China (which is a very good thing I might add), over the last decade they have increased their spending dramatically. While they are not at the level of our military capacity, or Russia’s, they are closing the gap. To those who think this is of no concern to us, I have to wonder to whom is your allegiance. I also have to wonder if you are old enough to have lived through the cold war with the Soviet Union. Yes. The Soviets were a major threat. And now so is China. We live in very dangerous times and cutting military spending would be terribly foolish at this time. We live under constant threat, and that is reality. One thing I would like to mention about foreign affairs is this. Immediately after our revolution, we went over to help France with theirs. We have been engaged in foreign wars since the founding of this country. SO the notion that America has always intended to be isolationist, is simply not true according to history. I challenge you folks to read and not just listen to what Alex Jones (merely a talk show host) or Ron Paul (a merely a politician) says.

The only military threat being exaggerated is the one belonging to the United States now.

Biden went over to China and gave what is essentially a concession speech to the Chinese
regarding our position in the world. He told some students in China how great they were and
how they can do anything that anyone else has done in the world (read that world dominant military/industrial power) and that Biden’s grandchildren will be better off when the Chinese are doing all this stuff.

Does anyone remember that Biden had a brain tumor. The surgery he had for it is not 100%, he’s still saying things that indicated unclear thinking, shoots his mouth off inappropriately. The problem is that the Chinese see him as representative of the rest of us. Those regular Chinese, not in the Elite ruling class, can come to no other conclusion other than that all Americans must be crazy to have such leaders and that we are conceding Chinese domination of the world in many ways. They see weakness when Biden or Obama speak.

The Chinese will exploit the perceived weakness that we show to them and Biden is the absolute worst representive for us, especially at this time in history. We have gone SO WRONG, the question is now, can we recover ourselves before we are attacked or collapse of our own weight and stupidity. The Chinese are thinking right now the we are “Clazy” and that victory is assured.

Still not sure why we need to be spending so much money on military anyway… as for giving China a hard time about theirs? WHY Bother? Who cares? Unless the ultimate goal is to unite the entire world so it can go to war against China. What a colossal waste of any governments resources, to have a standing military in a peacetime situation. As for the U.S. war status, Only one moron started this mess and he is no longer in office.
