David Duke appeared on the Alan Colmes show yesterday to talk about the media drama surrounding his support for Donald Trump.
Bizarrely, even while this has been the top story for the last two days, almost no media has even bothered to contact Duke. You’d think they’d want to let him weigh in, but neigh. As usual, they are afraid to allow anyone who tells the truth on TV.
Alan Colmes gives Duke a pretty fair shake in the interview, let’s him say what he wants to say. He doesn’t attempt to spook the Duke.
Being close to this, you can really see how contrived the entire media apparatus is. Duke made similar statements about Trump last year, and Trump was asked about it and was like “yeah whatever, I disavow.” I got all types of interview requests from media as well, way back in August.
Nothing changed in this time, then all of the sudden the media is like “let’s bring up David Duke and the KKK again.” And then they media-storm him with it, all at once.
It’s all skillfully organized and contrived.
