DIRTY secrets of cardboard king Richard Pratt will be revealed in court today as a woman who claims she was his mistress tries to secure part of his $5 billion estate.
Model Madison Ashton is taking action against Pratt’s widow Jeanne Pratt, the executrix of his estate, in a bid to get what she has claimed in court documents Pratt promised her.
But to do so, she may have to give evidence about exactly what “services” she provided the former Visy boss.
A statement of claim was lodged last year.
The NSW Supreme Court is expected to hear evidence about what “records of bookings or payments” were made by Pratt in exchange for “escort services or other sexually related services” by Ms Ashton.
Ms Ashton says in the documents that Pratt asked her to stop being an escort and become his mistress exclusively in 2003, and she believes their “contract” came into existence when she agreed to do this.

According to the 37-year-old’s claim, Pratt had agreed to pay her an annual retainer of $500,000, buy her a Mercedes-Benz “worth not less than $100,000”, cover her $36,000 annual rent bill, and organise trust funds for her children worth $2.5 million each.
The Pratt family will vehemently deny the allegations in court.
Lawyers are expected to suggest there are emails and text messages sent from the former Penthouse Pet which show she agreed to “settle all her claims” for $100,000 and the transfer of a car into her name.
The court is also expected to hear that Ms Ashton had promised in an agreement in 2005 not to contact Pratt – who died in 2009 – or any of his family, and to settle any current or future claims for a payment of $50,000.
Ms Ashton is described in her profile Model Mayhem website as a “naturally vivacious and sexy woman” who has “the It factor in spades.”
Pratt’s other mistress Shari-Lea Hitchcock, mother of his daughter Paula, has begun her own legal action for part of the estate, saying in documents before the Victorian Supreme Court that she was the billionaire’s “domestic partner”.
