(NaturalNews) The blending of government, private industry, and academia into a single, mega-fascist entity is moving forward at an alarmingly rapid pace in the U.S. today, with the federal government now announcing its intentions to subsidize the drug-creation efforts of Big Pharma on the taxpayer dime. A recent Reuters report explains that roughly $20 million a year may soon be extorted from hardworking Americans and given to drug companies for the sole purpose of inventing phony new medical uses for failed drug compounds.
In their endless quest to develop new “blockbuster” drugs that will generate billions of dollars a year in new profits, drug companies must continually invest in new research and development (RD) projects with the hope that an efficacious new drug will emerge. In many cases, however, potential new drugs fail to work as intended, which means hundreds, if not thousands, of patented compounds end up getting shelved in storage laboratories where they never again see the light of day.
But all this could quickly change if the Obama-led Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has its way. Rather than let these failed drug compounds go to “waste,” why not have the taxpayers fund research into discovering new uses — any new uses — so that Big Pharma can recoup its losses and gain much, much more in profits? This, of course, is the mindset of HHS Secretary Kathleen Sebelius, who told reporters the goal of the project is to “teach an old drug new tricks.”
Merging of government and industry means elimination of freedom
As cute as Ms. Sebelius’ little quip might sound, apportioning taxpayer-funded cash infusions for failed drug research projects is nothing short of corporate-government fascism, and the very type of public-private partnership that has no place in a free republic. As much as these traitors in the federal government would have us all believe that such research is necessary to find new “cures” for disease, the real driving force behind such a setup is to further bilk the public for the purpose of enriching Big Pharma.
It is the same thing the federal government is trying to do with agriculture, as it capitulates to the demands of corporate food giants like Monsanto that seek none other than to control the world’s food supply. Rather than require proper safety testing of genetically-modified organisms (GMOs) — or at the very least, mandate transparent labeling (http://www.naturalnews.com/029168_GMO_foods_labeling.html)– the federal government has sided with industry at the expense of the public.

Unless the American people stand up now to stop the madness, the merging of government and industry will only continue to escalate until all semblances of freedom are vanquished. And one of the main drivers of this madness is the federal income tax which, as long as Americans continue to pay it, will continue to be used to enslave them.

… nothing new about this. For example:
The so-called HIV/AIDS drug AZT, was originally developed for the treatment of cancer, but was so toxic that it could not be used in cancer treatment. It is a DNA chain terminator and was in potential of killing more cancer patients than the cancer itself, so Big Pharma had to set it back on the shelf.
Then the HIV/AIDS scam came along and Big Pharma saw an opportunity to re-coup their development investment and began to use AZT ‘off-label’ as a protease inhibitor (antiretroviral), when it is actually an DNA chain terminator.
Lots of big money still being made off of this scam, as in the ‘swine flu’ scam, but much more money off of this one.
… and further, retroviruses have no cell-killing mechanisms and do not destroy T cells of the immune system.
Dr. Luc Montagnier of the Pasteur Institute in France (the original scientist to discover the HIV retrovirus) has since stated that he does not believe HIV alone is capable of causing AIDS.

“On April 12, 1955 Jonas Salk’s polio vaccine was first licensed for public use in the U.S. In the years afterwards 90 million Americans were vaccinated in the largest mass vaccination campaign ever. Polio virtually disappeared from the continent and Jonas Salk became a hero.
But not long after, 260 children who were vaccinated with Salk’s vaccine became sick. Eleven of them died. An investigation showed that some lots of the vaccine were defective and confidence in it was shaken.
Two scientific greats, Dr. Hilary Koprowski, director of the Wistar Institute in Philadelphia, and Dr. Albert Sabin, a physician at the Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, raced to replace the Salk vaccine. Dr. Cecil Fox, a pathologist at the National Institute of Infectious Diseases remembers that it was an intense competition.
Both Sabin and Koprowski’s vaccines were derived from monkey organs. They needed to test them in large, non-immunized population groups, no longer available in North America.
Sabin traveled to the U.S.S.R. and vaccinated more than 6 million people in Latvia, Estonia and Kazakhstan between 1958 and 1959. No AIDS cases emerged in the U.S.S.R. where Sabin did his testing.
Koprowski moved his study to the Belgian Congo which had one of Africa’s more modern health care infrastructures at the time. Between 1956 and 1960 more then 1 million African people were ‘encouraged’ to receive Koprowski’s vaccine called CHAT.
Sabin analyzed Koprowski’s vaccine in 1958 and found it be be ‘unstable and contaminated by an unknown virus’. He told Koprowski about his discovery and went then went public with his findings.”
