On the lawn of a hotel garden next to the Mediterranean, the blackening bodies of 53 people lay decomposing.

Some had their hands bound together, and bloodstains and spent rifle cartridges on the grass indicated they had been summarily executed where they fell.

It was a scene from hell, but perhaps most chilling was the realisation that these were not victims of Muammar Gaddafi’s brutality.

Rather they were, the evidence would suggest, victims of the ‘good guys’, the supposedly democratic new friends of the West who have been ushered into power by Britain, France and the U.S.

For the bloodbath was in Gaddafi’s stronghold of Sirte, and although the perpetrators are unknown, triumphalist graffiti on the walls of the hotel proclaimed the names of five Misrata-based fighting groups.

When a nation is truly liberated, the police state apparatus is dismantled and the officials, thugs and torturers are taken to the nearest wall and executed.

The secret police prisons, one in every town in Libya, contained documentation and videos of and about torture. The torturers in the videos, which was shown on TV last night on the Panorama programme in the UK, are being executed.

There should never be forgiveness or pardons for torturers who deserve nothing but summary execution. Torture victims never forget the face of their torturers.

Waterboarding is torture.
In the beginning, the Lord created all the DNA we have all inherited. He laid down the laws that even himself is not allowed to break. True, it was our tax dollars that allowed this shit to be created, and under that same law, we will suffer for it too. When evil rises up and kills the innocent, we can only blame God.

ICC is about victor’s justice and to persecute brown people – you will never see Dubya or Tony Bliar there. It seems to me that Serbs are honorary brown people. But you know what, the Chetniks and Serb nationalists asked for it for the sake of Narodna.
