No question about it: There are few things more satisfying than watching things blow up. In fact, the only think we can think of that’s more satisfying than stuff blowing up is stuff blowing up really slowly.

The above video was captured by a Phantom Flex, a camera capable of recording a whopping 2,500 frames per second. This kind of video doesn’t come cheap — a Flex camera will set you back anywhere from $50,000 to $150,000. But after staring at this video with child-like wonder several times on end, we can confidently say these cameras are worth every penny.
