Israeli forces wounded 60 Palestinians on Friday

Israeli occupation forces shot, wounded at least 60 Palestinians in occupied West Bank and Gaza city as they suppressed protests against US move on Jerusalem.

Spokesman of the Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza Ashraf al-Qidra said that 43 Palestinian protesters were wounded in Gaza.

He said that one of them was shot in the head and he is being treated for a serious condition in Al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza.

Al-Qidra said that the Israeli occupation used live ammunition in most cases arrived in Gaza hospitals, noting at least 30 cases received field treatment for breathing tear gas.

Meanwhile, the Palestinian Red Crescent (PRC) reported that 17 Palestinians were wounded with live and rubber bullets in different areas across the occupied West Bank.

The PRC said that its staffs treated tens of other Palestinian protesters, who suffered breathing problems due to the Israeli heavy use of tear gas.
