Brooklyn woman Madeleine Katz, 22, is accused of fraudulently withdrawing $93,500 from a village resident’s bank account.
Katz was charged with second-degree grand larceny and second-degree possession of a forged instrument.
She was found to have deposited a fraudulent check with account information belonging to a Quaker Ridge resident who reported being the victim of fraud this month, according to police. Money was deducted from the account without authorization.
