Our First Secretary for the Peoples Courts of Australia gets a visit from ASIO
You all know that I have been trying to get new courts up and running in Australia and Ireland. These have nominally been called “The Peoples Courts of Australia/Ireland”. The proposal is to get significant numbers of people supporting these courts so as to be able to take back the DELEGATED job of running courts from the criminals who run the existing courts.
As everyone on this list knows men have not come forward in any significant number to man these courts. In particular men have been concerned about being a secretary for fear that they may be targeted by the guvment.
A brave man, by the first name of Gary, stepped up to the task in Melbourne and allowed his name to be made public to my email list as the first man to go public willing to be a secretary of the new Peoples Courts of Australia. This was to run the first test case of Slander against one Chris Merrett.
Almost immediately Chris Merrett harassed Gary committing the crime of harassment and intimidation of an officer of the court. That was fine. But recently your guvment servants from ASIO paid Gary a visit to harass and intimidate him. It is one thing for a criminal like Chris Merrett to harass an officer of the court. It is quite another for taxpayer funded guvment agents to do so.
Naturally we are “testing the waters” to see how guvment agents respond to us setting up our own courts. And now we have seen that our friends in ASIO are going to come along and harass and intimidate such people.
In response I am claiming that we can run our courts using a secretary who does not live on the land where the crime was committed and we can protect the identity of the jury members who will live on the land where the crime was committed. I am not about to take the word of any of these ASIO agents or any politician that they will not target, harass, intimidate or gang stalk those men who come forward to re-introduce the rule of law onto the lands known as Australia and Ireland.
The way we will do this is to present all evidence into the public domain and our jury members will review the evidence and issue their verdicts. I will be setting up skype accounts and email addresses for jury members so that they can use CAF allocated accounts to receive emails and use CAF accounts to join in skype conference calls to remain anonymous. For cases that are not my cases I will volunteer to perform the role of secretary. For example, on Bill Greathouses case I am acting as the secretary of the court.

Announcing MBA Law Services
As you all know I have been waiting for a secretary for “The Peoples Courts of Australia” to come forward in Sydney. I have been waiting for that man to step forward for a couple of years now. This is because this is where the crimes against me were committed. Since this man did not come forward and Chris Merrett lives in Victoria and has been slandering me I thought I might try doing that case in Melbourne first.
The issue that kept that on the back burner for a while was the issue of what to do with Chris Merrett if he did not agree to make the remedy ordered by the jury. Should he be jailed against his will? Should he be outlawed? I called for discussion on this subject. As per usual there was very little discussion and no consensus was reached. If men are not even willing to discuss such issues then they can have no complaint if someone else takes the initiative. Namely, myself.
This week I have announced the start up of MBA Law Services. These services have been outlined in the MBA documents for some time. Now that ASIO and the criminals in guvment have made it clear they are going to harass and intimidate the few men who are willing to come forward when we try to start up open and transparent courts on the land where the crime occurred it is time to take the initiative and start up the global resource of the MBA Law Services. MBA Law Services is global and runs in Natural Law jurisdiction as well as the Common Law jurisdiction of the local area in which the case under consideration occurs.
In response to ASIO harassing and intimidating our first secretary we are going to grant anonymity to jury members and we are going to allow secretaries to be outside the country the court is running in. I am happy to secretary cases anywhere in the world. I am happy to do that publicly in my own name. The MBA Stamp was ordered last week and I should have it by the end of this week.

I will also put a briefer announcement on my personal channel to let men there know these courts are now up and running and available. Please note that MBA Law Services will provide a range of services including creation of contracts to do business in natural law/common law jurisdiction and the adjudication of disputes involving those contracts.
The MBA will also be able to manage payments and cash flows for contracts between parties so that parties can do business with confidence that MBA Adjudication Services will be able to Adjudicate fairly and justly over any contract dispute. This is an alternative to the current “legal system” where getting adjudication on contract disputes is prohibitively expensive.
As a part of MBA Law Services we will be approaching current policy enforcement officers and offering them jobs as Peace Officers. Okay then, Loopy, so since you can’t even get mental defectives to play along with your charade in the flesh, you are going to persecute … err, we mean “prosecute”, people you say have committed crimes against you via anonymous online personalities – all of whom will probably be you, considering your track record of failing to talk mental defectives in to doing your dodgy bidding …
Meanwhile Loopy Pete, your dodgy courts are so valid they need to be administered by an anonymous fruit loop – who will probably be you – from places unknown in a country other than the person you are seeking to victimise lives! Dodgy, even by the standard of your non-existent integrity, Peter Andrew Nolan!
Let us guess, if your dodgy imaginary online courts pronounce judgement on someone, they will need to voluntarily need to sell their items on eBay and Paypal the proceeds to you?
