Master your Aurebesh: Google Translate launches Star Wars’ language support

Google broke the news on its Twitter account, with a link to Google Translate.

Through Google Translate, fans have an opportunity to check out how words are written in Aurebesh and even find out what a phrase in Aurebesh will be like in English – possibly opening the floodgate for a wave of Star Wars geek tattoos, as well.

The name of the alphabet naturally comes from the names of the first two letters, Aurek and Besh. Type a word in any supported language you like into the text box in Google Translate and see it in Aurebesh in the blink of an eye. Push the Swap Languages button to see keys on your keyboard featured in Aurebesh. Whatever you type can be immediately translated into English, French, Japanese or any other language you choose.
