Under former President George W. Bush, talks between America, Mexico and Canada were held in secret. The topic of discussion was the North American Union; a combining of the three countries into one. Much like the European Union and the African Union, the North American Union was a part of the global Elite’s plan to secure control over the nations of the world.

President Barack Obama is bringing the ideal of the North American Union back to the forefront with his latest executive order .

In another executive order , Obama plans to promote American exports, economic growth, and job creation by helping to eliminate unnecessary regulatory differences between the United States and other countries and by making sure that we do not create new ones.

As a proponent for the global Elite, Obama has worked hard to support the efforts of the central banking cartels and the UN. He has spoken a great deal about bringing the nations of the world together in cooperative international agreements of social and economic issues. He believes that the nations of the world “must come together to build a stronger global regime.”
Obama’s goal of harmonizing America with the emerging global system is a focal point of his new executive order. It is a step toward bringing life back into the movements of the previous administration toward a global economic system.

In a decisive change of economic policy , Obama is having federal regulators work with the international community.

Canada and Mexico will work with America under cooperative councils.

Cass Sunstein, Obama’s information czar, sees a need to eliminate “unnecessary regulatory difference across nations.”

In an interdependent global economy, diverse regulations can cause trouble for companies doing business across national boundaries. Unnecessary differences in countries’ regulatory requirements can cost money, compromising economic growth and job creation. Think of divergent requirements for car headlights, or the labeling of food, or standards for container sizes.

Recognizing this, President Obama’s Jobs Council has called for U.S. agencies to better align U.S. regulations with those of our major trading partners. And today the president is issuing an executive order, “Promoting International Regulatory Cooperation,” with a simple goal: to promote exports, growth, and job creation by eliminating unnecessary regulatory differences across nations.

Cass Sunstein explains:

The new Executive Order will build on work that is already underway. We have started close to home, with President Obama launching Regulatory Cooperation Councils with Prime Minister Harper of Canada and President Calderon of Mexico. The Councils are implementing work plans to eliminate or prevent the creation of unnecessary regulatory differences that adversely affect cross-border trade; to streamline regulatory requirements; and to promote greater certainty for the general public and businesses, particularly small- and medium-sized enterprises, in the regulation of food, pharmaceuticals, nanotechnology, and other areas. The United States and Canada released the United States-Canada Regulatory Cooperation Council (RCC) Joint Action Plan last December. In February, we announced the United States-Mexico High-Level Regulatory Cooperation Council (HLRCC) Work Plan.
When Obama and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper executive authority . The goal was to create a North American perimeter which would erase the deferential between America and Canada.

This declaration effectively Building a North American Community ”. With the creation of a “new community” designed by the global Elite, the leaders of Mexico, Canada and America met to talk as sponsored by the CFR.

Obama’s success in this endeavor is the success of the global Elite. As their puppet, Obama’s purpose is to assist them in coming closer to their dream of global governance.

Thus far, Obama is doing an excellent job.
