So, my court date was today, and I thank all those who attended, (enough for a jury) most sincere gratitude Ok, of course the QPS and Maroochydore court house have not behaved lawfully, perjury by the policy enforcers, failure to produce THE bail form that they sent me to jail for, refusing to address all affidavits, exhibits and evidence, all of it. Innocent witnesses were assaulted and removed from the court. I was told I was not allowed in the hearing because I refused to submit to the court and stand for the alleged magistrate Annette Hennessy. The failure to produce THE bail form, means now I can have Jonathan BrIde, Glenn Elliot, and John Hodgins charged with kidnapping, extortion, sedition, trespass, deprivation of liberty, enslavement, assault and perjury. None of the statements made by the four policy enforcers were witnessed, by anyone at all. All of the reports were conflicting, and the field property receipt wasn’t even in my name. So, ignoring ALL evidence, affidavits and exhibits, they then fined my trust $800, referring the fine to SPER, a third party interloper. And this is what they call justice in QLD….
