The announcement, greeted by cheers at a congress of Prime Minister Putin’s ruling United Russia party, ended months of speculation over whether he or President Dmitry Medvedev would run.

  1. Like when did he quit callin da shots? Has the life of the ordinary Russian improved? I don’t beleive so. Has the average Oligarch made MORE BILLIONS, I beleive so! Hopefully I’m wrong.

And look at the vast wealth Russia has in raw materials. Putin is just a global stooge also. Except don’t count him out for bumping enough of the big time players off so he can become head dog. Satan loves screwing over his people by advancing others over them. LOL!

    • Hello,

In response, yes, Putin has made the average russian’s life better. You would find that most russians will be quite happy to have him as president again.

      • Put the last pole I’ve read is that the majority of Russians would like Uncle Joe to come back and run things. He killed something like over 30 Million Soviets. LOL!

  2. At least theyre open about it… Im sure Dimitry will become the new Prime Minister, shortly after now PM Putin signs a bill making the position merely an advisory role to the President… Shortly before they change titles.
