RAMALLAH, (PIC)– Relatives of Palestinian prisoners have complained of harassment and interrogation at Israeli military crossings while en route to visit their detained next of kin.

The sister of prisoner Mahmoud Al-Masri, from Nablus, has said that Israeli occupation forces held her in a small room at the Qalqilia crossing to question her about her brother.

She said that interrogators questioned her for a few hours in that small room, adding that she almost fainted but was met with indifference on the part of the soldiers.

She said that the questions focused on what her brother had done and about her family.

She pointed out that the soldiers routinely strip search whoever they suspect besides insulting them without any reason.
