Awake Goy It appears that Franco Vitaliano made quite a name for himself and his nanotechnology, both in Obama’s White House and China! In a Chinese news release published in 2010, his company Exqor Technology and it’s Clathrin Nanotechnology is praised as “revolutionizing the computer industry”:
“Clathrin, a protein found in every cell of the human body, could become a self-assembler of future information processing systems that are smaller, faster and cheaper than today’s computer circuitry, according to a company investigating the technology.
“Boston-based ExQor Technologies said it has demonstrated that the material can be formed into nano-sized biolasers suitable for transmitting information.”
What is this new nanotechnology? It’s basically a “Nano-Chip” made from human cell material equipped with it’s own power pack or “laser” that can fire up the circuitry! An electric circuitry consisting of Graphene oxide attached to Clathrin proteins called triskelions; aka the infamous “spike proteins”. This folks is the NWOs NEURAL LACE!
How does the power pack activate the Graphene Oxide? This biolaser is made of bacterial Luciferase that emits blue-green light in the Tera Hz range and is built right into the Clathrin mRNA Nanotechnology. The Bacteria Vitaliano used in his patents for this bioweapon is Vibrio harveyi.
Since publishing this article we can now confirm that it was indeed bacterial Luciferase that was used in this Nanotech and that it was also used to track humans. Here in the 2003 PhD Thesis dissertation that was used to develop this tech…compliments of Vitaliano’s NIH funding machine:
We know we can deactivate reduced Graphene Oxide and decouple the Clathrin neural interface using Blushield’s scalar wave generator, yet we have not been entirely convinced the Luciferase power pack has been killed.
Magnetic felds between 20 and 2000 gauss (approximately 0.0852 to 8.520 MHZ) are required to stimulate quorum sensing (biolummination) in the luciferase from Vibrio harveyi. Yet, we found that blue-green light blocking glasses were still required to use our electronic devices? These wave lengths will act to stimulate the luciferase reaction. So have we killed the Luciferase using thus scalar technology?
Through Stacey Patterson’s paper, we learn that Luciferase has been inserted into the HEK293 cell line, which transcribes into our cells, and has up to 5 month life span . While she used floxacin category antibiotics to kill Luciferase in her experiments, we don’t want to try or propose this solution for others.
