Scope Android app perfect for wrangling your social media life

Looking for a quick way to scan all your social media accounts in one place? The free Scope app for Android is a new social hub that allows you to check out what is happening on Facebook, Twitter, FourSquare, Instagram, and Tumblr in one place. Hey, hey the gangs all here! It’s all your favorite social apps rolled into one. The cool feature of Scope is it breaks everything out into “Personal Streams” of photos, videos, check-ins, notifications, and messages from all the different social sites. That way, you don’t have to open five apps to check-in with all your social media buddies.

The Scope app is a little odd to work with at first (because of everything that is going on), but after you play with it for a while it gets easier to use. Honestly though, this clever app overwhelmed me a tad. I don’t know that I want to see all this stuff at once. If you have multiple social media accounts that you use for work, this definitely isn’t the way to get them organized. It’s perfect for people who don’t use social media all that much and would like to peruse their accounts maybe once a day in one handy app.

The Scope app for Android is currently in Beta so you have to get an invitation to join. But we received an invite literally seconds after requesting one, so go ahead and try it out!
