Senate Blocks Two Basic Common Sense Immigration Bills

Even basic common sense is outlawed in Jewmerica.

The Senate, in an election-year standoff over immigration, has blocked two measures stemming from last year’s deadly San Francisco shooting involving an immigrant living in the U.S. illegally.

Absent sweeping changes to the nation’s immigration system, the first measure would have barred federal funds from sanctuary cities, jurisdictions that resist turning over immigrants to federal authorities. The second measure would have increased the maximum sentence for illegal re-entry into the country, with up to a 10-year penalty for an individual denied admission or deported at least three times.

Congressional Republicans have pressed for restrictions since the July 2015 shooting of Kathryn Steinle in San Francisco. The man charged in her death, Juan Francisco Lopez Sanchez, was in the country illegally despite a long criminal record and multiple deportations. He had been released by San Francisco authorities despite a request from federal immigration authorities to keep him detained.

Each Senate measure faced a 60-vote threshold. The first measure fell short, 53-44. The second measure failed on a 55-42 vote.

The Obama administration strongly opposed both bills, arguing that neither offered “comprehensive reforms needed to fix the nation’s broken immigration laws.”

By “broken,” he is referring to the fact that they exist.

The Democrat plan is to totally dissolve the border with Mexico – and with the rest of the third world, for that matter.

Part of it is that the immigrants vote for them, part of it is that their big business financial backers want the cheap labor, part of it is pressure from the UN globalist network and part of it is that they just hate America and White people.

They just want a better life for their families. Not letting them live in our country on welfare forever would be morally wrong.

Hillary will accomplish the goal of making America open to every monkey from anywhere, should the American people choose her.
