Stopped Out of USO

I set a stop limit order to get me out of USO with a few cents gain in case it went down again. Well, that’s what happened early this morning. The picture on oil is more blurry now. I can see it bouncing higher just as easily as taking another leg down. So, rather than letting my first lot of USO head into the red for the second time, I got out basically flat (I might owe a couple of bucks for commissions) hoping to buy more lower.
