The Need for a New Musical Movement

Following the trail left by our friend Michael Walsh on his plans on creating an independent version of amazon, which I consider a great idea (check The Spirit of Free Enterprise Beckons), I would like to take a very similar approach to my side. Even if I think this article is hopeless for a number of reasons I would like to expose my ideas for the sake of starting a debate in case someone might consider undertaking this issue in the future.

In recent years we have seen the rise of a somewhat Pro-White / Pro-European musical scene in the Western sphere (The reader might have his/her artists in mind, I have mine). What really bothers me is that there has not been a unitary channel by which this energy could have been directed effectively as some kind of event in itself. For what I see, all we have is a bunch of artists and obscure record labels’ scattered all over, very few and far in between. I have been for quite some time doing some thinking about creating an online outlet to catapult these different styles of Pro-White music in order, not only to avoid ‘censorship’ and subsequent deletion, but also to centralize things in order to give the whole thing a sort of real ‘musical movement’ flavour if you will, something which can inspire young people who are not being offered anything but the usual metro-faggot or anti-white wigger trash on MTV.

As an artist I’m sick and tired of selling my music through outlets that do not represent me. These websites usually promote ‘artists’ on their home-pages (mostly non-whites) who, if I were given the choice, I would not relate to in any way shape or form. The reader can imagine what kinds of crap ‘artists’ I am referring to (the case of Myspace and its negro-worship is worth mentioning). In spite of that, I have to use these outlets in order to be able to make my music available for people to listen (and buy it if they do that at all).

I don’t know if anyone has realised so far that some money might be being wasted this way. There seems to be an open door of opportunity here and I don’t see anyone taking advantage of the situation. I want to insist I’m not talking about creating any ‘record label’ whatsoever, let alone a new ‘music industry’. I think the concept of ‘record label’ has past its prime. We are in the Internet Era. Alternative artists (the real ones) don’t need to be part of a record label to get to a certain type of public these days. Never has the idea of ‘word of mouth’ been more effective than in this Internet Era. We have our own alternative media that is growing everyday to get some kind of ‘exposure’, and social networking could do the rest.

My personal idea would be to create an alternative to iTunes and all these kinds of outlets, which are completely own and controlled by the Jewish Mainstream Media (or by progressive liberal trendies in the best of cases). The website should get a percentage on sales to cover expenses of course, and even if things went ‘well’ financially, to invest this money in causes related to us.

We have to start creating our own platforms. We cannot be depending on mainstream sources to promote our work forever without the risk of being censored, ostracized or just relegated to an obscure corner where there is no exposure whatsoever, and no chance to reach new people.

Going back to the issue of inspiring young folks, when I was a young guy we had the ‘Alternative Rock’ movement so-called. Yes, this movement was never what it portended to be since it was all an illusion. Most of those so-called ‘independent record labels’ (subsidiaries) were as part of the establishment as anything else, but in an era without internet someone could give the impression of being ‘Indie’ or ‘Alternative’ just by ways of presenting themselves in a certain way.

Once internet came, once the summer festival scene ‘erupted’ big time, all this notion of ‘Indie’ and ‘Alternative’ fizzled out overnight (though the trendies of the day didn’t quite get it yet). Then Myspace came about. Everyone wanted to be a ‘star’ on Myspace, so the alternative, independent, ‘indie’ chic disappeared forever (in spite of what some candid minds might think). This ‘Alternative Rock’ movement never had any political or philosophical backbone rather than the typical leftist rhetoric, which came added to it by the side, intent on harvesting the minds of the disaffected youth of the time (mostly white kids) as just another kind of prepackaged cultural ‘revolution’ of sorts destined to die-off at the next turn of the corner. Of course, it did not go anywhere because it was just another fad controlled by Big Media as usual.

I seriously think we have an opportunity here to channel our political awakening (especially in Europe) through art, in this particular case through music but to achieve that, as I said, we need some kind of centralized outlet which not only gathers sufficient attention, but also some ‘revenue’. I hate to say this, but without some money being generated we are going nowhere, even if we don’t actually need that much money to operate.

Instead of spending your donations on printers that will not ever be used for the right purpose, why not investing in artists who are defending our views? Artists that young white folks can identify with. Why not supporting an ‘industry’ that is fighting the good fight? Instead of spending whatever to purchase a ticket to attend the next freaking Rolling Stones gig, why not spending that money supporting YOUR artists?

There is very little I can do myself since I’m totally out of the system financially-wise, but I would appreciate seeing somebody with the power ‘to do something’ agreeing with this idea. I know there is basically nobody in the entire world (which sounds pretty strange to me) with the willpower and the money to start such enterprise, but we have to keep on developing ideas. We don’t have much time to waste either.

Aesthetics

I strongly think the main message from pro-white musicians should be through White aesthetics. One does not have to go too far with controversial lyrics and such (though that is quite good too depending on each particular case), the best uniform is the colour of your skin and your racial attitude. I have personally my own taste for white music. I’m not into Black Metal and stuff like that; in fact I somewhat disapprove of this particular style of ‘music’. However I like certain styles within the ‘Metal’ scene. Here there is a good video showing what I’m talking about. I’m not into Industrial either, though this band released very good stuff over the years (before they disbanded):

With this I’m not saying everything should be this way. Folk, Neoclassical, Country, all sorts of music which should be considered ‘White’ are to be included, even melodic pop if you will. Any style of music as long as it is White & Proud.
