It is no secret that our dysfunctional state and federal governments are corrupt. Every so often, the extent of the corruption is exposed in such a clear and measurable way that it shocks even the most cynical observer.  If you or I were in a position of trust, and were caught with $175 million misappropriated into a slush fund to spend without oversight, what would happen to us? What if you or I had obstructed the auditors as they investigated, and eventually found, this illicit slush fund? If one of us serfs did such a thing, we would at a minimum be fired, and in all likelihood become long-term residents of the penitentiary system. For our thoroughly unaccountable political class, however, the answer is different: there are no consequences.

This particular pilferage was the work of Janet Napolitano, a slab-faced career bureaucrat, lifelong donkey party stooge, and, as the Secretary of Homeland Security under Obama, a White genocide enthusiast. After targeting “right wing extremists” (meaning anyone who doesn’t support the replacement of Whites with failed branches of humanity from the darkest corners of the world) and veteran US soldiers as Homeland Security threats, Napolitano was somehow the most qualified person to become the President of the University of California communist indoctrination system.

How is it that this low-functioning apparatchik escaped punishment for such a brazen financial fraud? All she had to do was claim that she did it for the sake of diversity. Once the “diversity defense” is asserted, punishments seem to miraculously vanish and the media quickly initiates an ignorance campaign to protect the perpetrator from the court of public opinion.

To give credit where it’s due, the California State Auditor’s Office made public the amazing findings of its investigation of the Napolitano fraud:

The Office of the President has accumulated more than $175 million in undisclosed restricted and unrestricted reserves; as of fiscal year 2015-16, it had $83 million in its restricted reserve and $92 million in its discretionary reserve.  More than one-third of its discretionary reserve, or $32 million, came from unspent funds from the campus assessment – an annual charge that the Office of the President levies on campuses to fund the majority of its discretionary operations.”

Flush with billions of federal and state taxpayer dollars, the University of California nevertheless has to fleece its students for millions more. A public university ostensibly established to provide education was long ago co-opted to be a tool of White replacement. And what are all these undisclosed millions used for? In the fraudster Napolitano’s own words, from her response to the findings against her:

UC’s initiatives advanced several of the State’s highest priorities, including providing resources and support for undocumented students, developing groundbreaking climate solutions and mitigating the University’s climate footprint, advancing health-related research and programs, and strengthening the State’s relationship with Mexico.”

How fitting! An undocumented “reserve” with an undocumented budget for undocumented programs for undocumented students! Sounds completely legitimate. Nothing to see here! By the way, we need to spend more on education!  The purpose of the university is to strengthen the relationship with Aztexico, not to train the next generation of great thinkers who will contribute to the advancement of human knowledge. The foreign student population at the University of California is among the highest of any university system. After all, why should a publicly funded school educate the people who pay for it? Letting in foreign invaders means a steady stream of those “highly ed-jew-cated” aliens who are then eligible for the visas that our morally bankrupt government is using to replace Whites.

The Office of the President did not disclose the reserves it had accumulated, nor did it inform the regents of the annual undisclosed budget that it had created to spend some of those funds. The undisclosed budget ranged from $77 million to $114 million during the four years [the California State Auditor] reviewed.”

Over four years the University of California spent approximately $345 million on support for illegal aliens and “strengthening ties” to Aztexico in a completely unaccountable and non-transparent way that would be considered the grossest fraud if not done in the name of diversity. The budget is “undisclosed” so that the Whites being displaced don’t get any funny ideas about how the rat-faced parasites running higher education are using these diploma mills to exclude Whites from access to advanced degrees.

The Office of the President was unable to provide a complete listing of the system-wide initiatives, their costs, or an assessment of their continued benefit to the university.”

The University of California’s complete list of system-wide initiatives should include: immersive communist brainwashing, grievance promotion, brown supremacy, sexual derangement celebration (both the sodomite and miscegenation varieties), and White genocide.

We found it particularly troublesome that the Office of the President intentionally interfered in [the California State Auditor’s] efforts to assess the types and quality of services it provides to campuses.”

Apparently there are no consequences in the University of California system for conspiring to cover up massive financial fraud. Napolitano will still collect her $570,000 per year salary. The normal rules of ethics, morality, fiduciary duty, and government transparency clearly do not apply when you’re on a mission from g*d’s chosen people to spread the diversity disease.
