Awake Goy The footage shows a motorcade of buses and ambulances transporting the militants and their families out of the city through a humanitarian corridor towards the city of Idlib.
The motorcade was accompanied by humanitarian workers and representatives of the Russian Reconciliation Center.
Chief of General Staff Valery Gerasimov told foreign military attachés on Thursday that the operation had been ordered by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
