Warren C. Bodeker is an 89 year old World War II Army Airborne combat veteran and war hero, living in Montana, who is being thrown off of his own land and thrown out of his own house, by Montana Federal Bankruptcy Trustee, Christy Brandon, with the approval of the U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Montana. And to make matters worse, Warren’s wife Lorna just died of cancer this past year, and is buried there on their land, right next to the house. Warren had planned to live there till he died and then be buried right next to his wife, there on their property at 11 Freedom Lane, in the town of Plains, Montana, but now, not only is he being forced off his land, he is being forced to exhume his wife’s body and take her with him.

Yes, picking on an elderly man is cowardly. I imagine when this man was younger they might have been worried to attempt this outrage. He might have put a bullet into the heads of the scum enforcers and others responsible. Remember this active duty military! This is you later on if you don’t wake up.

DC needs to be evicted for bankrupting this nation sounds fair to me.

doesnt the sherriff have the power and authority to arrest the judge?
a) denying the old guy facing his accuser
b) the conflict of interest with the trustee-beneficiary-lawyer
c) the theft of the silver being completely ignored
d) not accounting for the old guys sensibilities, the coercion TO steal
e) the “judge” aiding criminals is criminal
f) threat of prison was terrorism, “legal” or not
it all reeks of a conspiracy to screw an old guy into the dirt..
I know what I’d be looking at if I were the elected sherriff.
(not to mention it’d be worthy of a reelection)
Just another example of the asset stripping and wealth reallocation (to themselves) in a viscous, immoral and corrupt society run by complicit sociopaths and psychopaths (social Darwinists as they like to call themselves) forcing those underneath them to survive rather than thrive through legalese techniques more commonly known as racketeering and fraud.

No doubt Montana Federal Bankruptcy Trustee, Christy Brandon will be seen as a shining star by the hero’s of Heroes of Fraud.

I suspect that this whole issue was due to the initial theft of the silver. I wouldn’t be surprised if this poor fellow was actually setup/rolled over by the Federal Government is part of US National Security policy to protect the silver short position of JP Morgan Chase.
The initial resale of a large quantity of stolen silver was probably picked up by the Feds, who then blackmailed the thief (hefty Prison Sentence) as a means to obtain Mr Warren C. Bodeker larger stockpile of Silver. Forcing Warren C. Bodeker into signing over his property in an attempt to ensure that no futher hidden stocks of silver were on his land.
The Feds will also probably want to inspect Mr Warren C. Bodeker Wifes casket for any further hidden caches of Silver.
This would explain the Judas Iscariot sell out by everyone envolved in the case.
Warren C. Bodeker: Since you fought and saved lives for us, we will fight for you. Lets Sue the crap out of this and I applaud the Sheriff.
We the people need to come forward and save this Man, Warren C. Bodeker and our Country.
I have about $20.00 in federated money, where can I send it? I know that it is not much, but it is a start. Let’s start a fund to buy this house back and create some kind of a clause that in the event that this vet passes on that the home and property becomes property of Prison Planet. Alex could create a church and put this property and house under it so that this vet and future residents will not have to pay into the legalized extortion of the federation (taxation).
Some one can also call Ron Paul asking for financial aid from his election campaign to help with the expenses. It could be a tithe or a contribution to the new church. It could be called, ‘BASIC TRUTH.’
