DHL Australian scamming people with fake quarantine fees
Unless DHL provide a copy of the quarantine invoice or a customs number they’re just playing their usual ‘bill the customer and hope they pay’ bluff.
They’ve been doing this for years, and basically all you need to do is to call them and politely explain that you will pay the quarantine fees when they can provide documentation proving that it was quarantined.

I recently saved some money to buy a couple of T-Shirts from a cyling event overseas because I love bike riding. I am still at school and only make a little money mowing lawns and gardening.
I received a bill from DHL almost a month after delivery for quarantine of my NEW goods. The amount is for more than the T-shirts cost me. I am really upset and don’t have enough money to pay for the DHL quarantine invoice.
Any advice is appreciated.
