Among the 11 charges against Mladic are genocide, murder, rape, imprisonment
and acts of terror for actions that also include the 43-month siege of the
Bosnian capital, Sarajevo, in which 10,000 died, and the establishment of a
number of brutal prison camps.
Like Karadzic, who is also on trial in The Hague, Mladic faces a sentence of
up to life imprisonment if found guilty.
