SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — Wells Fargo Co. said Monday that it has named Rich Baich, a former executive at Deloitte and Touche LLP, to the post of chief information security officer.
Baich will oversee the bank’s security strategy and programs aimed at keeping customer and company information secure. He is scheduled to join the company later his summer.
Baich led the global cyber threat and vulnerability management practice at Deloitte and Touche. Before that, he held several security posts in the public and private sector, including at Pricewaterhouse Coopers LLP, ChoicePoint and the Federal Bureau of Investigation.
