IRNA – Managing Director of Shahid Beheshti airport in Isfahan Mohsen Amjadi said on Wednesday that some 15 domestic and foreign flights were suspended due to heavy fog which lowered the visibility at Isfahan airport.
Speaking to IRNA, he said the visibility on the runway was less than 150 meters which is much less than the standard norm.
After several hours and fading away of the fog, the situation returned to normal and some other flights took off with delay, he said.
