At mid-day on Friday, September 23, 2011, the popular alternative news blog, ActivistPost.com, was taken offline. Activist Post receives over one million views per month and has been hosted by Google’s Blogger since its founding in June 2010.
“We remain puzzled as to why Activist Post was erased completely by Google,” said chief editor and co-founder Michael Edwards. “When we tried to load our back-up file into our secondary Blogger account, that was blocked as well,” he added.
It remains unclear whether Google has acted to censor ActivistPost.com for their controversial reporting. Google is becoming somewhat notorious for clamping down on truth and liberty activists, of which Activist Post is known for.
“Clearly, this is a huge set back for us and the work we do,” said co-founder Eric Blair. “Our entire crew is working on resolving the issue and restoring the website. We certainly look forward to an explanation from Google.”

Activist Post will file an appeal with Google to restore the site in full, and asks their loyal supporters to make their voices heard as well. However, they also are seeking other hosting services to avoid these types of censorship issues in the future.
“We want to thank our loyal readers, contributors, and advertisers for being patient while we work this out. We plan to come on even stronger in face of this adversity,” Edwards said

Mike: I look forward to going to the new address. Wrote to google. Taklng down your site is a form of trauma based mind control. I am sure google is aware of the effect it has on people who think.
My posts on CNN get deleted if I mention the word “God” or “Jesus”. Not a joke.
I guess we’re going to have to start meeting up with like-minded people at the convenience stores/gas stations and hand each other hand-written notes about our opinions and thoughts. Or, we could just talk to each other, but we’ve gotten so used to posting, etc.
The only problem is that while we’re discussing our opinions and issues we’ll have to endure groups of illegal aliens who also meet there to go mow yards and what have you. Then as we become more impoverished, we’ll have to complete with them for those jobs…it could get nasty, but I think we can take ‘em if we get hungry enough, maybe even confiscate their lawn mowers and what have you since we are legal, for whatever that’s worth these days. But Hell, you have to assert a right to keep it, so…we’ll just assert it on them.
Anyway, it may be sooner than you think, the military helicopters are in an increased activity mode this morning, I’ll bet it’s happening near some of you as well….those Marshall Law “Drills” you heard tell about. So, you bring the beer and let’s start mowin’ and use the money to start a Civilian Army, as well funded and powerful as the military, it has been approved by all those generals, don’t believe me just watch the vid with Obama saying so, and you know he wouldn’t lie. See ‘ya round the gas station.
When they shut down the “grid”, passing notes will be the only gas that gets passed at the gas station, I will be the guy on the mountain bike. We can “barter” for coffee, cigarettes and moon pies.

People have to start finding alternatives to Google for everything now. They have become another corrupt company as money and power is going to their heads. It will be extremely difficult but everyone must try to not use Google’s service whenever possible.

Startpage serves up Google’s results, just helps in masking your identity. If Google is filtering search results and/or removing content from their hosted services, Startpage will not help

Wake up folks! I mean truly wake up! This is all useless noise. The conspiracy to destroy liberty has been long and subtle in the making. Most of you realize that the entire world gov’t has been corrupted and co-opted. Most of you realize that our food supply, energy supply and communications have been seized by nefarious people. So what are we to do? Prepare yourself. Prepare your family. When it goes down, the best you can hope for is that you will have made good preparations. Hopefully you will be able to link up with like minded folks, but it is likely to get very ugly, with every man for himself.
But more than that, you need to consider the liberty of your soul. Your death can come at any moment, obviously, but your appointment with death appears to be accelerating with the dawning of the NWO.

It is time for you to consider the bigger picture. A Sovereign Creator has a plan and a message for you. Open your heart. Turn your heart and mind toward God. Pray and ask to be guided in the truth. Open the Bible and read it. Read the first 7 chapters of Genesis and then read the Gospels. Won’t take much time at all. See if the claims of Jesus Christ ring true.

I understand just a little bit of that pain! I produced over 7,000 pages at HubPages with mostly comic book stories. Near the end I had entries critical of Muslim Kenyan Hussein Obama, Never Address Serious Allegations (NASA) lies, 911 inside job plus a host of conspiracy disclosures. One day I went to log in only to learn my account was inactive. Requests from HubPages for an explanation have yet to be answered. Frustrating and infuriating. Now on Tumblr as Stendek. At least as of a few minutes ago.
Boycott Google and their search engine if they continue to suppress free speach.
The problem with the sheeple is they need proof. I know, i am this way too. It helps to see shit with your own eyes to make you a believer. I filmed a 4 minute clip of a yahoo thread being shut down from me just showing up to comment. It is not the best video, but the important parts are all there.
My point is this, bring more personable concrete evidence with for the sheep you encounter in the real world. Internet has a stigma nowadays, hard core film is hard to refute…..

Apparently they won’t let you say c*r*a*p on this site. I just wrote a critique on Google and why not use gmail or its search engine. I called Google the C word and IW would not post it. Sounds like the censorship here is just as bad. A lot of websites have started to moderate their comments and if you say anything contrary to the party line you get tossed. “You are Free”… Sure, free to say what they approve.
Clearly more litigation will have to be pursued to clarify the rights of Free Speech to individuals on the net and make the law more “settled” on this issue. Here is what the A.C.L.U. says on it’s website: (I am not usually a fan of the A.C.L.U. but on this I agree with them.)

yeah i don’t understand why this can’t be accomplished. we need to reinstate that precedent, particularly regarding fair use etc. maybe the ACLU will help. the only way it’s going to stop is if they have to PAY. otherwise they will not relent.
ok, the ACLU doesn’t take contingency cases or charge for services, but apparently they don’t represent in the case of a private firm. they recommended EFF, which i already tried and went through referrals. they were helpful, but couldn’t because of conflicts of interest etc. so apparently its just a strange situation. guess we’ll just have to wait for some capital generation and do it the old fashioned way.

You can’t impose tyranny on a population without having total control over everything, and most especially over independent sources of news and information — which is why the globalists, bent on installing a one-world government over us all, has been working feverishly to gain more and more control over access to the internet, and over whatever content they can manage to grasp.

I pretty much agree. Market forces still exist to a certain point. When vacuums are created, they are filled. Much with the current Netflix developments. In fact, we might hope that the hubris and corruption you describe will also bring down “the system”. Humans are not gods (though it seems AJ wants us to think so) and the powerful overreach or are even sometimes destroyed by their own schemes. Otherwise, I firmly believe, world “domination” would already exist.
Since 9/11, as nearly all of us know, our rights under the Constitution have been taken gradually and on a regular basis. Legislation, which most of the Congress doesn’t even entirely read has been passed that takes our liberties under the guise of “protecting” us and for “security” purposes.
We know what it is, it is a tyrannical Fascist take over based on the 9/11 and economic False Flags which have been staged.
It is entirely possible, I believe, that the controllers of information on the net, you know the list of usual suspects, have simply decided, well since there really is not Constitution anymore for all intents and purposes, let’s just complete the circle by censoring information and thereby limit the addition of newcomers to the ranks of the informed who you and I have brought out of the dark sheep pens in which they were living previously. It is a sign the you, me and Alex Jones and others have been effective and they now fear us. The fear us enough to censor us. The question is how do we get around it? I have complained to the owner/founder Joseph Farah of Worldnetdaily and to Yahoo and cancelled by Facebook account. I have, to date, about 5 days later, heard nothing back on my complaints. I am considering a letter with some legal implications. We need to get them to realize how serious the issue is, but they may be so encouraged by the courts ignoring rights too many times like when no discovery has been allowed in any court where eligibility suits have been filed, that they feel emboldened to simply censor us at will know.

The Constitution hasn’t applied since Zachary Taylor. This was re-affirmed in 1965 when we lost the definition of the dollar following the JFK assassination.

Prior to 1965 a dollar was defined in terms of grains of fine silver. Now, it’s not defined in terms of anything. Define the dollar is terms of ANYTHING in existence, known to man, and things will start getting better immediately.
Perhaps you are right, but back then, at least a person could speak freely as long as it did not meet the criteria of threatening some harm or whatever. Now, we have a more blatant form of non-Constitutional activity, it is more overt and in your face. I guess we need to get the Constitution to be noticed by the general population more and maybe they will Think that it is real and valid and if they think that then the Elite has to explain to the teeming masses why it is not. It will become reinvigorated whether the Elite say it applies or not when they face those masses demanded that the document be followed.
In short, it needs to be rammed down the throats of the Elite until they choke on it. I am confident it will apply henceforward.
You can’t really sue them. You must have a harm that can be remedied by money, and you probably agreed to allow them to do whatever the h-ll they want with your info, when you signed up for Facebook, or Yahoo.
I have noticed Twitter blocks my tweets in hash-tag conversations. My followers get the tweets, I get them in my account, but the hash-tag group doesn’t get them at all. I experienced this during the #GOPDebate and the #occupywallstreet protest (that is STILL on-going, btw.)
Remember, we are using their technology against them, but it is still THEIR technology. We are NOT going to be able to do anything brute strength-wise (in the courts or using the government in any way) to stop them. We have to, instead, show them for the dictators they are, by forcing them to do this to us (shut us down, block us) and let it be known to the people of the world.

I don’t think that I could waiver my rights under the Constitution by any such agreement with Yahoo or whoever. Those rights are “inalienable”.
Again, the Constitution is null and void. And as long as you propagate the DREAM that it still exists or that the government still operates under its restraints, we won’t move forward on “rights” issues.
2 clauses from the Constitution ignored by every court in the land. And if ANYONE tries to give an excuse as to why these 2 clauses are ignored, any reason at all, just understand that the excuse YOU give me, is the excuse EXACT SAME EXCUSE they give, when they decide to ignore the Constitution just as YOU are then doing.
1. Article 1 Section 10 Paragraph 1 “No State shall … make any Thing but gold and silver Coin a Tender in Payment of Debts; ….”
2. Article 2 Section 1 Paragraph 5 “No Person except a natural born Citizen, (COMMA) or a Citizen of the United States, (COMMA) at the time of the Adoption of this Constitution, (COMMA) shall be eligible to the Office of President; neither shall any person be eligible to that Office ….”
Now, there has NEVER been an amendment to either of these clauses, yet BOTH are ignored by the courts. The same excuse you use to ignore these two clauses, are the EXACT SAME EXCUSES that they use to ignore EVERYTHING as it suits them!
If you look to have your rights protected, you better be grabbing for your STATES Constitution, not the US NULL AND VOID CONSTITUTION.

I understand your premise but the fact that corruption exists in our courts is not new. Ridiculous and seemingly uneducated decisions are made all the time. That is what appeals courts are for and yes, who do you go to when it happens at the Supreme Court level? You continue to litigate. You cannot simply accept Unconstitutional decisions, to do so is to accept a tyranny, which you may have conceded but I have not. It is tiring, I know, to fight anymore, some will give up, I still have some energy left.
If the courts do not comply with the Constitution, and here we have a public entity, the Internet, which was paid for by our tax dollars, developed by the government which we own, and has no right to consign or sell it to private interests which then use it for the purposes of violating the inalienable rights of the people who paid for it.
This issue is not settled.
If we cannot any longer litigate to victory and enough has been tried then, I agree, a Revolution will ensue. I am just not willing at this point to begin firing the shot heard round the world, and still believe in this game of “Chicken” with the courts/judges/politcians/law enforcement/etc. that a bold and determined showing will cause them to back down. The right to throw off a tyranny is always an option and no court will receive a pleading when and/if it occurs.

Yahoo and Facebook are apparently doing this also, but on an individual level and not for moderation but for politics and or anything they consider controversial and not within the parameters of their political which they have determined. Free speech or the First Amendment shall be damned whenever those entities decide it to be so.
I have been simply not allowed to post, but did not post anything obscene, threatening, (you know, the “shouting fire in a crowded theater type of thing”), or otherwise that was worse than anyone had been saying. I did mention that I thought it odd that Reggie Love, Obama’s personal trainer and valet was always on vacation with him even when Michelle and the kids were not, and that more and more they were not with him on vacation.
Shortly, after this statement, I could not post and nothing was sent indidcating that I had violated any rules as I had not. I did have some problems posting because of a Facebook log in which I described in a post on this forum before, but is too lengthy to go into here but it appears that Facebook and Yahoo are simply deleting posts and preventing posts from people that they politically disagree with and give no reason and you don’t have to be in violation of any rules they have set. This is a serious issue and is increasing. Absolutely. On the rare occasion I do try to post anything, it will invariably be blocked if it references the Constitution, 9/11, economy (in any context other than “omg prez obuma wil totly fix the ekonmy!”), firearms, Congress… Basically, if its the truth, Facebook does not want you to share it.
Its not a problem of Internet connection either- immediately after repeatedly attempting (and failing) to post something political, I change it to some inane waste of words, it will be accepted post haste.
Yes, I can affirm that my experience is the same. This is real and this is a real and growing problem. It is frightening actually since this is the crucial time to get the information that you and I have out to the public, otherwise the Sheeple remain as they are and we must stand by and watch them go over the cliff and take us with them.
Yea Yahoo is doing the same thing for me. Half of the time they never post what I wrote even after I repost it a dozen times and refresh to make sure it is there. It doesn’t help that I always sending an angry email to their supposed “Political Analysts” Holly Bailey and Chad Moody. They probably love me by now. LOL Neither one of them ever reports on Ron Paul and are obsessed with Obama, Perry and Romney. So I always let them have it with my wonderful curse words and bitching. So much for free speech.

On tvu player caught world news tv channel. Said that the computors because of the hits thought it was spam. Said sight went back up later.
