Awake Goy Anti-Donald Trump slogans appeared in the sky over the annual Rose Parade, held in Pasadena, California, as part of New Year celebrations.
MOSCOW (Sputnik) – The skywriting saying “America is Great! Trump is Disgusting” and “Anybody but Trump” was created by the Air Sign advertising company.
“Good morning Pasadena, we have a surprise for you! Be sure to look up starting at 8:30am. #AnybodyButTrump #digitalskywriting #RoseParade” Air Sign wrote on Twitter on Friday, adding “We saved the best for last!” in a separate Tweet.
Photos of the messages spelled out by sky writer planes over the Rose Parade route were shared all over social media on New Year’s Day.
The Rose Parade, which includes flower-covered floats and marching bands, is held annually in Pasadena on January 1 and is followed by the Rose Bowl college football game.
Donald Trump is a Republican frontrunner in the US presidential race. The billionaire has been criticized for his controversial statements, including in relation to women, immigrants and Muslims.
