FAKE NEWS for the Zionist agenda On the fourth day of his trial on Thursday, Breivik said he had planned to set off three car bombs in Oslo before going on a shooting rampage.
“The aim of the attack on the government buildings … was to kill the entire Norwegian government, including the PM … and everyone in the building,” Breivik told the central court in Oslo.
He said he had planned to behead former Prime Minister Gro Harlem Brundtland and film the decapitation. “It was meant to be used as a very powerful psychological weapon,” he added.
The far right terrorist also said he aimed to kill everyone on the island of island of Utoeya, where he massacred 69 people.
The key issue to be resolved during the 10-week marathon of trial is the state of Breivik’s mental health.
If declared sane, he could face 21 years in jail or an alternate custody arrangement that would keep him confined as long as he is considered a threat to society.
But if he is found insane, he would be committed to psychiatric care for as long as he is considered ill.
The 33-year-old has admitted to the massacre, claiming it was necessary to protect Norway from being taken over by Muslims. However, he has rejected criminal responsibility.
Breivik faces terrorism and premeditated murder charges for detonating a bomb in the center of the Norwegian capital and a shooting spree at the governing Labor Party’s annual youth camp on Utoya on July 22, 2011.
Eight people died in Oslo and 69 were killed on the island — Norway’s worst massacre since World War II.
Breivik has defended the mass murder, arguing the attacks were a political act designed to prevent what he described as a “Muslim invasion” of Europe.
Many analysts believe the West is so obsessed with what it calls Islamic extremism that it has overlooked simmering homegrown terrorism among its own nationals.
The West declines to label Breivik as a terrorist.
