Underway is a man-made carbon emission surveillance satellite that is designed to “hunt down” violaters of international climate agreements, says the European Space Agency (ESA).
Named CarbonSat, it can read the differences in natural and man-made emissions of CO2. The corporation Astrium was contracted to create this Big Brother tool. The corporation says it will be ready for launch by 2017.
Evert Dudok , President of Astrium, aligned with a climate alarmist website from Germany explains that the satellite uses technology that essentially spies on all human activity from space and will effectively record the violators. Then regulatory governmental bodies (such as the UN’s IPCC) can impose the taxes for non-compliance.
Dudok also states that the sole function of the satellite is to survey people with the express purpose of imposing regulations and environmental treaties.
By UN climate mandates, Dudok says, “Knowledge of both of these gases is not only decisive for climate forecasts, but also for monitoring international climate treaties. Up to now there has been no reliable way of monitoring the implementation of the Kyoto and Copenhagen treaties.”
“The target is to hunt down environmental violators,” said Dudok, remarking that the satellite has the capability to measure methane as well as CO2. For example, if farmer’s activity is controlled by a grid of spy satellites and drones , they could face fines and taxes regarding the flatulence levels of their livestock.
“Aerospace company Astrium is designing a new satellite for the European Space Agency (ESA) to be used for monitoring greenhouse gas occurrences. The new climate satellite will be able to detect greenhouse gases with an unprecedented spatial resolution: 2 x 2 kilometers. The European Space Agency wants to hunt down environmental and climate violators with its new satellite. Aerospace company Astrium will put together a feasibility study for the project by the end of 2013, according to company reports Thursday. If things move forward successfully, the mission – dubbed CarbonSat – could already begin as soon as 2017 and thus enable monitoring of international climate treaties.”
