Former Queensland education minister Cameron Dick says he won’t stand in the South Brisbane by-election, a move that could have seen him lead Labor in opposition.
Mr Dick tweeted his announcement on Monday.
“Overwhelmed by support to run for South Bris,” he wrote.
“Very humbling. Important that I spend time with T and the kids now, so I won’t be running.”
