Drivers in France must carry breathalyser under new law
Guardian – Drivers in France must carry breathalyser kits in their vehicles under a new law. As of Sunday, motorists and motorcyclists will face an on-the-spot fine unless they travel with two single-use devices as part of a government drive to reduce the number of drink-driving-related deaths. The new regulations, which exclude mopeds, will include foreign drivers from 1 November after a four-month period of grace. Read Article
