Using simple, independent data approaches, mathematician and University of Ottawa Professor Denis Rancourt’s grim estimate of 17 million dead globally as a direct result of taking the COVID mRNA novel, untested over time COVID vaccines stands up to scrutiny.
In the US, excess deaths since the 2021 COVID vaccine roll-out, through 2023, are about 1.57 million. Only 667,000 of these can be accounted for by COVID. This leaves 905,000 unaccounted for, non-COVID excess deaths. Worldwide since the vaccine roll-out, excess deaths which are not due to COVID are roughly 20 – 23 million.
In September 2023, University of Ottawa scientist Prof. Denis Rancourt estimated that 17 million people had so far been killed by the COVID vaccines. This is close to the number of excess,non-COVID deaths worldwide since the vaccine roll-out.
Excess deaths are the number of deaths which occur over and above what would be expected in normal times, which varies very little from year to year.
A popular “fact check” in the site Health Feedback, which is funded by openly pro-COVID-vaccine Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg and China-owned Tik Tok, argues that COVID deaths explain the large number of excess deaths seen worldwide. In “Analysis claiming to find COVID-19 vaccines killed 17 million people is highly flawed, doesn’t account for COVID-19 mortality surges,” the Zuckerberg-Tik Tok publication writes:
“The analysis by Rancourt et al. arrived at its conclusion by claiming that spikes in excess mortality in the post-vaccination period correlated to vaccine rollout. Apart from the fact that correlation alone cannot demonstrate a causal relationship, it neglected to account for the fact that these spikes in excess mortality corresponded to surges of COVID-19 deaths. This means that these spikes were very likely due to COVID-19, not the vaccines.”
However, there are not nearly enough COVID vaccine deaths to account for excess deaths either in the US or worldwide: 1.57 million excess deaths in the US since 2021 versus 667,000 COVID deaths, and 30 million excess deaths worldwide versus about 7 million COVID deaths.
The discrepancy has forced the media and medical establishment to invent such brand new diseases as “SADS,” or “Sudden Adult Death Syndrome.”

In May 2023 renown pathologist Dr. Arne Burkhardt made a presentation at the EU Parliament, in which he showed autopsy findings which led him to conclude that the COVID vaccines were responsible for many of the excess deaths now being witnessed. In the US and globally for 2021, 2022, and 2023, the number of all-cause deaths over and above normal levels is about 20%, the vast majority not from COVID.
