Awake Goy A group of extremist Israeli settlers violently attacked Palestinian shepherd on Saturday in the village of Madama, north of West Bank city of Nablus.
The extremist Jewish settlers descended from the illegal Israeli Jewish settlement of Yitzhar, which is built on the Palestinian farms.
Palestinian security sources said that a number of Israeli settlers from Yitzhar, which is located just a few hundred meters south of Madama, assaulted Mamoun Amin Nassar and pelted him with stones.
They added that Nassar was transferred to Rafidiya hospital in Nablus, where his injury was described as medium.
Israeli police told the Israeli media that no one was arrested in the incident. As usual, an Israeli police spokesperson said they would look into the reports.
Palestinian communities living near Yitzhar have been subjected to a wave of violent attacks in recent weeks.
Israeli soldiers have been documented standing by while Israeli settlers threw stones at Palestinians on at least two occasions.
According to Haaretz, there were no arrests after those incidents either and in some cases, Israeli soldiers shot and injured Palestinians who were attempting to defend themselves from the settler attacks.
