A non-profit affordable housing developer that spent $33 million for “green upgrades” to an Alexandria, Va., apartment complex, also administers a “Teens Going Green” program at the site where, among other things, teens take the green agenda “back home,” and are “policing their parents” to be more environmentally conscious.

At an event to unveil the “green upgrades” — $8.2 million of which was provided through a federal tax credit program — Mark James, the senior real estate development officer for the Community Preservation and Development Corporation (CPDC), explained the “Teens Going Green” program.

“It’s so important that if you’re going to build green that everyone in the facility lives green, and that means teaching all of our students, our residents, to really pro-actively start to take on sustainability as a part of their lives,” James told CNSNews.com at the Oct. 20 ribbon cutting ceremony at the Buckman Road Apartments in Alexandria.  “We do that a lot of times by starting with our teenagers.  They have the most energy, they are always excited and active, actively being able to learn not only what we want to do for sustainability but they can take it back home.”

Right. Thats what we need alright. How many “teens” are not products of the dumbed down generation?

The “Green” agenda is the elite’s response to Peak Oil/Natural Gas. They have kept the world dependent on these energies for the sake of economic control. Now that these energies are due to be in shorter supply, they want to first implement systems for continued parasitic wealth extraction from the public, before they further deploy renewable energies that they can’t otherwise profit from and limit access to.

It takes a lot of Morons to have a large ARMY.

No sane person would Fight for the RICH.

Only the very stupid can be trained to run at machine guns.

  2. I recycle some things. Nothing wrong in recycling plastic, glass. I even shred old newspaper to put down in the chicken coop which inturn goes out later on to the big garden. Thats just old commensense kinda thing that I don’t need anyone trying to program me or my kids with. I surely don’t need any help from the government or its minions.

  3. The brown shirts are coming, The brown shirts are coming. If even one of those teens takes his parents to task and turns them in, they should be taken out behind the barn and given a licking with an inch of thier little lives. But, of course they won’t, because if a parent is so lackadasical that they don’t train thier children to observe the state, but not become involved with it, they may deserve exactly what they get.
But more than that, I believe the devolper should be Tarred Feathered and run out of town on a rail. That sick jerk has bought into the Green BS, and cannot see the forest for the trees. We need to stop these Propaganda pushing morons by having them read the eport on the 45 good reasons they should cease and decist……

  4. But it’s the children, the chiiiildren!!
Last night, after the moms and dads had taken their wee ones home from trick or treating, gangs of 10-20 teens wandered up and down our suburban neighborhood streets, screaming and bellowing, blocking the street, menacing residents who were driving past by jumping at their car windows. This is the first year I’ve ever seen anything like it. Soon they’ll probably don little brown uniforms and start calling us “thought criminals” after they get recruited by the fascists.

  5. What’s wrong with with being environmentally conscious? You people are really sick. They’re seven billion people on the planet. Every year, one pound of plastic is consumed for every pound of human on the planet. We have a floating dump in the Pacific that’s the size of the USA. Being good stewards of our planet is a good thing. If I catch one of you rat-bastards dropping trash, I’ll kick your rodent-ass.
