Gunmen attack military bus in Syria

A Syrian military bus carrying soldiers has come under attack from an armed terrorist group in the western city of Homs, the country’s state media has reported.

Gunmen opened fire on the bus near a square in Homs on Saturday, killing the driver and wounding several others, a military source told SANA news agency.

“We were ambushed near al-Fakhoura Roundabout and there was intense gunfire. The driver was martyred and I was shot in the leg,” Warrant Officer Rami Hassan Hassan said.

Syria has been experiencing fatal violence across the country, where demonstrations were held both in opposition to and in support of President Bashar al-Assad since mid-March.

The Syrian opposition, which has been demanding reforms, accuses the Assad government of engaging in the killing of activists.

But Damascus blames the unrest and killings on armed terrorist groups, saying that hundreds of security forces are among the 2,000 victims who have lost their lives in the violence.

Elsewhere, the Syrian army on Saturday seized Molotov cocktails, grenades and handmade explosives from armed terrorist groups in the areas of al-Ramel al-Janoubi and Jablah.

One Response to “Gunmen attack military bus in Syria”

  1. Article Paid for by Bashar Al-Asad, or at least he would be happy to pay for such propaganda.

Lets clear something up. Syria has millions of people on the public dole. If you want to keep your job and get paid for that days salary, you must first report to work, pick up your ticket, get on a bus, be transported to the “pro-government rally point”, give them your ticket, proteast for two hours, and tehn be rewarded with the rest of the day off.

Notice that all pro-government protests are on Mondays and Wednesdays. Mondays and Wednesdays are long work days – some ten plus hours. If you show up for a two hour protest you get paid for ten hours work, and have the rest of the day off. If you do not come to work on a pro-government rally day, you must have a doctors note or face unemployment and persecution towards you and your entire family. In this collapsing Syrian economy, no one will find aanother job. But that of course would mean you would have to be alive to try and get one.

This article is a crock of garbage and the writer clearly knows nothing about the reality of what is really happening on the ground.

The stories I have heard in Syria will make your blood boil.

Assad is supported by the West and is a Masonic pig and CIA puppet. Nonetheless, the West will still turn on him as they did Qaddafi, if there appears to be no hope in stoping the people’s take down of this evil regime. Then they will talk up DEMONocracy, isert another puppet, and the oppresion will continue.

The only thing saving the world is a return to the Godly constitution – the Qur’an, and the Godly law – Sharia. Until then, the Muslim world will be in darkness and controled by tyrants.

We are talking about the example of Islam followed by the Ottoman Empire. Oh, you mean you were never taught about the Ottoman Empire. Wonder why?

    PEACE
