I took part in this panel at Beyond the Fringe — the Future of the Left during Labour Party conference in Liverpool at the end of September.
This one is about the current situation in Palestine, the British government’s involvement in Zionist settler-colonialism and the outlook for the Palestine solidarity movement in the UK.
The other speakers were Huda Ammori and Richard Barnard of Palestine Action, David Miller of Spinwatch and Israeli dissident Ronnie Barkan.
I focused on the depressing part: the sad reality that both main UK political parties are ardently anti-Palestinian. My part is at the start, but do watch the whole thing.
